Specialised in private international law, foreign investment in real estate, and the management of assets held in Spain by foreign private individuals.
I work mainly with foreign clients who own, or wish to acquire, property, rights or investments in Spain and who need a legal contact they can trust to help them navigate a legal, administrative and cultural environment that is unfamiliar to them.
My work is not limited to resolving a specific legal question. It consists of identifying risks, coordinating the steps involved and supporting the client in decisions that may affect their assets in Spain.

How I work
Experience shows that many problems with assets arise from a lack of follow-up, communication difficulties or unfamiliarity with the particulars of Spanish administration. That is why I work without unnecessary intermediaries.
The first step is normally an initial contact by email so that I can understand the situation.
The matter is then assessed and, where appropriate, the corresponding engagement letter is signed.
I work mainly remotely and stay in direct contact with my clients throughout the process.
Fees
Based on an hour of actual work, without prejudice to any adjustments set out in the corresponding engagement letter.
On real-estate transactions above €500,000, fees may be set as a percentage of the transaction value, normally 1 %, unless otherwise agreed in the engagement letter.
Fees are always agreed in writing in the engagement letter before any work begins.
