I mainly work with foreign clients who own, acquire, inherit or manage assets in Spain and need a direct legal contact in Marbella, able to coordinate legal, administrative and documentary steps in an environment that is often unfamiliar to them.
My role is not limited to answering an isolated legal question. The aim is to identify risks, organise the documentation, coordinate the professionals involved and assist the client in decisions that may affect their assets in Spain.

How I work
Experience shows that many problems with assets arise from a lack of follow-up, communication difficulties or unfamiliarity with the particulars of Spanish administration. That is why I work without unnecessary intermediaries.
The first step is normally an initial contact by email so that I can understand the situation.
The matter is then assessed and, where appropriate, the corresponding engagement letter is signed.
I work mainly remotely and stay in direct contact with my clients throughout the process.
Fees
The general fee basis is €150/hour of actual work, without prejudice to any adjustments that may be set out in the corresponding engagement letter.
For real-estate transactions above €500,000, fees may be agreed as a percentage of the transaction value, normally 1 %, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are always agreed in writing in the engagement letter before any work begins.
